This alone would make me never call them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. They are NEVER on time, totally unreliable. No one, individual or company, should hire them because for Courrier Plus, punctuality is not important at all. Their carriers are disrespectful and rude, and it will tarnish your image as a company if you hire them. Needless to say, I would not recommed this company.

When they lost their ops manager a while back we just kept getting the run around, emails no longer get answered, when you call by phone they can't understand what you want, they raised prices by large amounts for stuff we have been doing for years (that wasn't the problem, I don't mind paying for service) I have a job to get done I can't count on them. sometimes it takes 2 days to get an answer. I've had jobs just not done and no one called to let me know it wouldn't get done till next day, well when you have clients waiting its not good.
