★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite places. They have the most beautiful flower baskets & all the Owners are friendly & helpful. This summer I took in my own pots & Julia made 2 arrangements for the front of my porch ,& they are beautiful .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time buying anything online as the owners are unequipped to run an online business.
Ordered in the middle of May, after multiple emails and phone calls, the owner lied on several occasions about delivery dates. Tried to cancel and heard no response. Had to do a charge back to get my money back.
Thanks for nothing countrysense. Lost my spring because of you and left scrambling to find replacements now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent multiple messages no timely response. Tried to be understanding of the reason but I'm not impressed by the service I've recieved.
Asked for refund this morning after a third attempt to find a delivery time or alternative option. Like to support local but won't be shopping here again. Still waiting on response..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with my online order with me calling them for an update for 4 times and still no resolution in sight. You can never talked to the manager or owner but to leave behind your number and they will tell that they passed your info to the person in charge of the online then later to the owner but still no call back.Please avoid at all cost as you don'tneed the headaches!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to give it only one star. But my past few times there I have dealt with staff that know nothing, especially the younger lady at the counter. I've asked about products the best answer she has had is " I don't know" why would you put someone running your store that knows nothing? This has been more than once. I needed garden items today, she couldn't tell me what she had in stock, I had to go across the road to see for myself and bring it back to cash out. As she was eating her breakfast sandwich as she answered my questions. Couldn't put it down to deal with me. After getting my items she had no idea the prices, and asked me!
I asked about bird seed, asking if they had a certain seed, not seeing it I asked when their order would be coming in, if it was this week. She replies "I don't know I don't do the ordering." Not even offering to find out, just kept eating her sandwich. I'm more than dissatisfied with that kind of service. I wish they had a knowledgeable person to deal with. I'd give them more of my business if the service was better. I tend to use them only if I have to which is unfortunate as I love to support local businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Country Sense used to be our go to place for some of our livestock supplies but the last two times we have been in we've been very dissatisfied. First, the staff assured us we were getting the medium shavings we asked for (we even double checked with them). We get back and realize we were given fine shavings. Very annoying. Now, we've been waiting for over a week for multiple large water troughs for our new barn. Not only have we been waiting but we've called inquiring many times. Nobody seems to be on the same page together, one staff member couldn't even find it written down anywhere and had to tell us he had to call the other staff member. Bad customer service and business practices. And would it hurt to dust your store every once in a while?
