After another 20 minutes waiting, I try to contact with they again. The driver siad he already there 5minutes ago and did not saw me there, so he just leave and ask me to wait another half hour. Okay, fine. It is my first time ask a taxi at here, my problem I didnot know where I need to wait. But, the rude attitude and terrible service make me feel so bad

L	Lianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son called for a cab on Nov 9, 2021. The driver couldn't find my house because it was dark. I called them and asked for them to come back as my son was still waiting and the person who answered the phone told me no they were not coming back to my house because there is no house numbers available. I said yes there are house numbers on my house, he obviously didn't see them. I said my son is standing outside and he again said no we wasted enough time trying to find that house we aren't coming back. I said I would explain to him where my house was and he must have put the phone down because I was still on the call and could hear him in the back ground but he wasn't responding to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.
L	Les Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times are longer than usual these days... Having only three cab companies in Duncan exasperates that problem exponentially... Great drivers, friendly dispatcher most of the time which is rare... But if you have to be wherever at a certain time plan WAY ahead. You could be waiting anywhere from 30-90 mins. depending on the weather, the day, the time... Even WHERE your trip requires you be taken can determine how they prioritize your call, which obviously determines your overall wait time. Please consider booking in considerable advance if you're using it to get to work, school, job... Or any where else that you may need to go if time is a deciding factor for you. Cheers.
