★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It depends what you want. When the app works, it works well. But, it doesnt always work.
If you are carrying luggage, expect to load an unload it yourself. Drivers are pleasant but they aren't leaving the warmth of their driver's seat.
Want to charge to your business Amex? Nope... M/C and Visa only. Or Debit, but you will be charged a debit fee after you have already decided to tip.
Not saying it's bad.. just know what you are walking into.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thunder bay is by far the lousiest place for cab service. There rates are high , and waiting times . Something has to be done . But the drivers are great and that goes for the other company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, had to take a cab 3 times in the same day to cover the same 9km express way distance. Each time it costed me 40.00$ for a 10-12min ride. Having taken cabs around most north american metropolitan centers, I have to say Thunder Bay has one of the most expensive cab service I ever seen for such a small town with zero traffic. Since there is no competition from Lyft or Uber, they pretty much charge whatever they want for their overpriced dirty as hell cab service
One of the cab was more than 20 years old and none of them was really clean inside or out.
Only positive note, drivers were friendly. Driver don’t own their cab, they just make do with what the company supply them.
Also, don’t wait for a taxi at the airport designated area, call one, and expect to wait for it to show up (can take anywhere between 15min and well)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cab was DISGUSTING…so dirty!! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Old, filthy stains on seats, floors, walls, and even the roof. I have mobility issues, but climbed into the third-row seat because I couldn’t bear to sit on the visibly-soiled 2nd row seat.
Also, it cost $52.60 to travel 10 km. Even with the price of gas, is that really justified?!
Seriously disappointed with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispatcher hung up on my boyfriend. I use this service when I work early in the mornings, we always make sure to call at least 30 minutes in advanced and book one about 10-15 minutes before my shift. They are always late and always say they’ll be on time but never are. This is the most pathetic excuse for a taxi service EVER. Do better you are the only option for some people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called a taxi at 7:31pm on a woman's behalf (a stranger to me) who needed a ride. 25 mins later, called back for them to tell me my address didn't exist (though it shows up right away on google maps and I don't know why they didn't call me back to confirm. I told them another address beside the house, and they said they'd send another. Nothing. Called back and was told we were next on the list. Nothing. Called back at 8:26pm and my call got disconnected right away. I was calm and understanding the whole time. I'm speechless that no one ever showed up and don't understand why they would do that to a person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took two different Roach Taxis twice in one day so I got two different drivers and they were both a delight. They were both thoughtful and took the fastest route to my destination. I'd recommend them. Also the wait time for pickup was so short. It was nice that both taxis had the covid screens up as well so that there was a safe divide between driver and passengers. Cabs were also clean.
