★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a custom countertop which was much longer than a standard length so required a small extension piece added to one end. The pattern was not matched and is visually not acceptable. Paid close to $1,000 for this countertop and owner was not willing to discount the price in any way - offered to "try" and get a new piece to see if it would be a better match, but no guarantees. Had they turned the piece around that they did use, it would have been a much better match. They are in the business of this stuff and should have paid better attention to detail. Will not recommend, will not be returning. When asked if it would be acceptable in his home / dining area - he said "unlikely".

Purchased and paid in full for a countertop and install on dec 22/2020. Arnold came to measure the room himself prior to him ordering the product. The countertop installed has multiple chips, mis cuts, is not square to the walls (they also cracked my wall) , not level, opening for appliances are triangle not square, separating at the joints, uneven overhang and and much more. Arnold said he would have it replaced in 4 weeks and informed me that his installers stated there were issues with the installation, He has now been avoiding me for over 6 months
Do not recommend....
