Le service n'est pas de qualité et les employés manquent de civisme et de professionnalisme. J'habite pas trop loin et à chaque fois que j'y vais, le service est toujours long et exécrable. Bref, J'arrive pour payer mon café et ma pâtisserie. (Il y a une promotion à l'achat d'un café, la patisserie est à 1$, mais la caissière me répond sur ton et des yeux condescendants, aucunement professionnel, que ce n'est seulement les muffins qui sont 1$ à l'achat du café... Bref, la publicité mentionne que c'est bien une patisserie et non un muffin, et puis elle me dévisage en disant que la patisserie que j'ai choisi en plus c'est la plus cher.... WOW ! À éviter. Je n'ai jamais reçu un mauvais service aux succursales Couche Tard, mais je crois que cette succursale à grandement besoin de formation SERVICE-CLIENT ou de nouveaux employés plus compétents et aimables!

Pire service le jeudi 2 septembre à 10h55 je suis entrée dans le magasin à 10h55 j'arrive pour payer mon alcool à 11h pile on me refuse en faisant semblant en scannant une promo sur le moniteur. J'y ai déjà travaillée en tant qu'assistante gérante et cet endroit a la pire des réputations j'ai tellement gérée d'inconvénients malheureuse de voir que le leur employés ne respecte pas la loi! L'accès au caméras est aisé pour le gérant et l'assistant mais la loi sur la vente d'alcool est claire il me semble ?
Worst service on Thursday September 2 at 10:55 am I entered the store at 10:55 am I arrive to pay for my alcohol at 11 am sharp I am refused by pretending by scanning a promo on the monitor. I have already worked there as an assistant manager and this place has the worst reputation I have dealt with so many inconveniences unhappy to see that their employees do not respect the law! Access to the cameras is easy for the manager and the assistant, but the law on the sale of alcohol is clear to me?

Pire couche tard de la ville la caissière black au cheveux jaune est tellement impoli elle a refusé de me dire le prix dun article sauf si je l'achète... et a repondu avec des insultes face a mon mécontentement le responsable gaytan c pire il est incapable de gérer la situation et fige ... une bande d'incompétent enfaite.

Don't let use washroom and doesn't cooperate for information to make complaint and is rude the manager and the workers are rude also

Decent dépanneur open 24/7, with a large selection of beer. Employees aren’t as friendly as Marché Brière down the street. Might come back if I needed something late at night.

The cashier didn't speak English and didn't make any effort to help customers (we were asking if we can buy lottery tickets). Switching to our average French didn't help the situation. When we finally found a tickets stand hidden in the dark corner of the store and brought filled tickets to the cashier, she PRETENDED doing something with the machine (or didn't know how to operate it at all) and said that "machine doesn't work". Is this because we spoke English or because the staff just doesn't care? Probably both. You need to teach your staff how customer service works. We lost our time, and you lost profit because of the arrogant incompetent cashier.
