Barita helped me be the star at a conference in Toronto recently by creating the perfect fit for a gift I decided to bring for 50 specially chosen realtors from all over the country. I was told over and over how amazing the chocolate was to which I responded "a visit to her shop in Vernon will not disappoint!!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ barrita makes the most amazing treats, and is genuinely as sweet as her incredible chocolates!! do not miss a chance to stop in here and try some of her delightful creations. the peanut butter cups are great, her take on turtles puts the 'real' ones to utter shame, and the monster clusters are out of this world!!!

Wait till you try the root beer gummies dipped in chocolate. Have you tried their chocolate popcorn yet? Don't by one bag, buy bulk...you're going to devour it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I've ordered chocolate covered strawberries from them for an event over a year ago and they were amazing and big and I was blown away. This time my daughter decided she wanted chocolate covered strawberries for her birthday so I had no doubts to come here, however the experience was not even close to the same this time. We ordered the strawberries 2 weeks before her party, giving lots of time for planning. I came to pick them up today and the young girl behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about and was looking at me blankly. All she kept saying over and over again was how busy they have been lately (yes which is why I ordered them 2 weeks ago!). She then told me she could whip some up for me and to come back in an hour. So I had to rearrange party decorating and drive back in. When I arrived the strawberries were so small, it was so disappointing. They usually go through a process of ripening them themselves and plumping them, which reflects the $3.98 cost per strawberry. These obviously didn't go through that process and look like store bought carton of tiny strawberries and I still had to pay the same price? I brought this up to the young girl who just couldn't seem to get me out fast enough. She did give me a few extra ones to take and did apologize but I feel riped off and very disappointed. I would have done only 1 star but because she did get them done, I wasn't left bare for my kid, and because my first experience was great I added the extra star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received one of there Christmas baskets and also some goodies from my hubby, and they are To Die For chocolates! I cannot have milk chocolate just the dark and I don't feel like I am missing anything with the Chocolate that they make..I will continue to buy All my chocolate indulgence's here for sure! Great Job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing service, chocolates and adorable storefront. I ordered a sampler for my in laws as a gift and they went above and beyond! Not only did they put together the cutest package, it was wrapped in ribbon and the chocolate was TO DIE FOR.
Highly, highly recommend. The peanut butter cups are insane, beware they are huge and extremely rich, but your taste buds will appreciate it. I know I’ll definitely be back for more sweets, whenever I’m in the area.
