★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I made my appointment over the phone, I had informed them that I had 2 brand new tires, that was purchased at Canadian Tire, and they said it was fine to do the tire change. When I got to the St James location, I asked the mechanic where they will put the new tires in front or back, he asked me where I got my tires, when I told him it was from Canadian tire, he then said we can't change your tires, because its a competitor where you bought your tires from. I then asked him how is it possible that you were able to change my tires from previous years and I had done the same thing where I purchased my tires from Canadian tire? I am very dissapointed with costco tire, you should let your customers know ahead of time that you only change tires purchased directly from costco, eventhough I am a costco member. This was a complete waste of my time, having to wait for the appointment and then tell me you can't do it just because it was purchased from another store.
