The tire department never answers phone calls, tried several times in Boucherville and Anjou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mags et pneu acheté chez Costco. Livraison impeccable. Après avoir fait monté les pneus sur les mags plein égratignures sur les mags neuf. Seule dédommagement 50$ de carte Costco a évité. Pas capable de faire les installations sur Mags sans les égratigné. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
Pour une commande de 1600$ de pneu et Mags c'est inacceptable.
Mags and tire purchased from Costco. Impeccable delivery. After mounting the tires on the mags full scratches on the new mags. Only $ 50 costco card compensation was avoided. Not able to do installations on Mags without scratching them. I do not recommend at all.
For an order of 1600 $ of tire and Mags this is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding work and customer service. I would never expect something better from others. They're listening to your problems and try to solve it with you. A shame Costco can't do other service except exchanging tires and changing the engine oil.
