★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a defective 90$ efile that stopped working after a couple of uses. They told me I couldn't exchange it becuase it was missing two small cuticle bits. I had also offered to pay the difference for those two bits or even to give them the new bits from the new efile. They refused so I am stuck with a brand new efile that doesn't work. I can confidently say I will be buying elsewhere from now on.* Edit * I have gone back recently becuase modern was closed. The staff is always rude and snarky, they have zero professionalism and give visible facial expressions of disgust to customers. Nothing had changed and im disgusted that the staff continues to act this way towards their customers. I am genuinly surprised this place is still in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to purchase a wand for my hair, they did not have one so the staff working at the time told me I was able to purchase an iron today, go home and try it and if I wasn't able to learn it then I could exchange for a wand when they restocked their store in a few weeks, she also told me that they would wave the exchange dates and allow me to return past the date on my receipt. Yesterday I attempted to exchange said item and the more than rude and entitled store manager simply dismissed me with absolutely no help, all I received was a BAD ATTITUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE !!
