They delayed our goods for more than month which is ridiculous and we lost our business . Never deal with cosco shipping line . Go for MSC , Yang Ming and others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to work with them. They also create a lot of hassle and inconvenience with their different Divisions and the use of different banks, but expect the beneficiary name to be the exact same. So when paying through EFT, there's the possibility of picking the wrong one if not careful. Then the whole process of getting the funds back is just a pain and they refuse to just cut a cheque to the correct division. Instead they have to issue a cheque refund which would take at least a month to process. And I would need to send another payment ASAP otherwise they will charge me demurrage fees. These invoices are not small either! They just expect us to have unlimited funds in our bank account or something. We're not a large corporate company like them with deep pockets. Or their other solution is that they will issue a wire transfer as long as you cover their wire transfer expense. It's kind of ridiculous that we have to pay them right away all the time to release a shipment, but it takes them at "At least 2 weeks" (probably more like a month) for them to refund money that doesn't belong to them.
Not very accommodating to their paying customers. Not happy with Cosco shipping lines at all right now.
