The units were very clean, and while the stays are on the pricier side, it did feel 'executive' and generally on-par for other short-term stays in the heart of Ottawa. The check-in process went smoothly, and everyone we communicated with was responsive and professional. In particular, our reservation specialist Daniela Perdomo was extremely quick to reply to our requests, and she was flexible with accommodating our schedules when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay. Both Daniela, along with operations manager Ralph, were friendly and accommodating all throughout. Thanks very much to both!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .Most of my contacts with Corporate Stays have been with Elizabeth Rojas of the reservations department. Elizabeth has been an excellent representative of Corporate Stays. She has dealt efficiently and clearly with all my enquiries about renting, rental conditions and rental extensions. She has always followed up in a pleasant way to ensure all details are clear and understood.
The unit
Other contacts with Corporate Stays about the unit have also been professional and pleasant.
The unit has been a pleasure to be in for the first month and we look forward to the rest of our stay here and possibly future rental periods.

All through our time there we were assisted by Hakim Filali for stay extensions, small service needs at the apartment, late check-out and just about anything else we needed. Hakim was always prompt to respond, had a great attitude towards getting things done and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The building caretaker, Patty was as delightful and caring and we always had a few pleasant exchanges on our way in or out of the apartment. Corporate Stays, Wellington is very well situated, has lots of nice eateries on the street and we had a great stay. I would highly recommend considering this place for a vacation with family, business trip etc.
