The amount of information he provided was very helpful, and his descriptions of each maintenance issue was straightforward and informative. He caught many issues that the seller's inspection report didn't, and as a first time home buyer, he put our mind at ease with how we negotiated our purchase.
He was also super friendly, was happy to answer all of our questions, and delivered our report surprisingly quickly.
I strongly recommend Aaron if you are looking for a home inspection!

He offers a lifetime warranty for any issues or questions about the property in the future, which is a big plus because it's very reassuring for us new homeowners.
