★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charlie is extremely thorough with his inspections. Even with a simple bare warehouse he really looks at everything that most people would not even think twice about. He has extensive knowledge in building codes and has experience in construction.
Even the seller's realtor was impressed on how thorough Charlie was.
Charlie takes his time and explains all the possible issues with plain and easy to understand language. The report given a few days later is also an easy read and detailed. Very friendly gentleman and reliable (he has arrived early the two times we have used his services). I highly highly recommend!

He completed his inspection of our single family home taking his time to explain in detail and depth the things that we needed to be aware of. He took his time, worked patiently, did things diligently and spent a good five hours with us. His charge for such work was also extremely reasonable, adding to the overall satisfaction we felt. He is a gentleman to boot! Thanks for the excellent inspection advice. I would thoroughly and heartily recommend Charlie and his company to anyone needing a solid, reliable inspection.
