My offset umbrella didn't last a single season, the first good gust of wind tore a screw right out of the base and sent the 65 pound umbrella crashing down.
As I already threw away the box and manual, I'm not able to obtain a replacement part because Corliving requires both the PO/Run number as well as the individual part number.
It's not like I'd ever put this thing back up anyway, it's only a matter of time before someone is injured by such shameless cost cutting.

So you don't have to go through my fiasco.
If you can go into showroom, you'll save ?versus ordering online. Big wholesale warehouse.
Room for social distance, so no worries. When you go to back, to pick up your order, CHECK❗ I asked the Rep " Are you sure it's the right color❓" She assured me it was, so I proceeded to load it in vehicle. Got home, and was so deflated after finding out it was wrong color?
They didn't offer any compensation for their mistake, not even an extra accent pillow, nothing.
So I Had to not only struggle getting product down stairs, across driveway, into vehicle, but travel 40min back to store to pick up the product I paid for.
I'm enjoying the small set, but the customer service was lacking.
