★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best salon service I've had in a long time! Christina did my hair, gave me a very thorough hair consultation and did a fantastic job with my cut, blow dry and style. I am very pleased with my hair result and her customer service! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are great but the receptionists need another course in excel so they know how to properly book appointments instead of offering 50% for the next service as it's not fair to the service provider to lose out on money because reception isn't on the ball. Great hairdresser and esthetics but very very very poor receptionists. I will not be back or will I recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited this spa twice for waxing services and both times have experienced great customer service. I find the pricing here is quite competitive compared to other salons/spas and their staff are competent. The location is central to many other areas of interest as well, (such as Pine Center Mall,) which definitely makes the visit more worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome! I won a $25 gift certificate the other day and I used it today. I thought I would have to pay on top of that. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that the gift certificate covered my shampoo, trim, and blowout. I am really happy with my haircut and the service there. I will probably go there for all my haircuts. I might even bring my 3 daughters for theirs too. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amount of time and effort put into my hair my one of the so called Junior Stylists was amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful for sisters wedding. She knew I had thin hair and was self conscious about it and she used products in my hair to completely hide this and make me feel like I had a beautiful head of hair. She took her time curling every piece with a small barreled iron to give it full volume and was so personable... We had many laughs and great conversation. Thank you so much Core... I will always be back....?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A + Excellent service. Absolutely highly recommend the olaplex 4 in 1 treatment. My hair was so dry damaged. After olaplex my hair was so soft and shiny. Very happy highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl who did my massage, facial and pedicure was SOOOO amazing at her job. When I went to get my pedicure she finished it and did one of the best paint jobs I have ever seen getting a pedicure which would have been perfect until another girl who wasn't even the one who did my pedicure, said she had not ordered flip flops and because I had shoes we would have to wrap them in saran wrap... well she clearly doesn't know the effects of it as the girl doing my pedicure stated she didn't want to do that as she was concerned it would ruin my nails, but the other good went ahead and did it anyways. Well fast forward to 5 minutes later, I get to my car and realize that I have sandles so I go to put them on to find that my nail polish was ruined completely, on every toe. :( it might seem dumb but as someone who is pregnant and it was my birthday and I never treat myself finally using a 2 or 3 year old gift card, and the whole experience was ruined by one girl who wasn't even doing the procedure. The lady at the front desk offered a free polish if I was willing to sit another 45 minutes to wait for the girl, after being there 4.5 hours already, I wasn't interested in it. I just wanted to leave this review because I cried the whole way home about my stupid toenails. Please educate your staff ? ? the girl who did the service was amazing so this was very unfortunate for me.
