★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Maytag Washer at Lasalle branch recommended as last model & very good brand, in fact it’s broken after just 2 weeks now waiting for technician to come.I asked them to exchange it or get a refund not to get through the ordeal of repairing a brand new washer for which you paid 1300 $, they said can’t take it back nor exchange they aren’t responsible but manufacturer ...they never tell you those things when you go buy stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scumbags! Took my money and gave me a product that lasted 2 years. When approached with the legal warranty, they kept referring me back to the manufacturer even though the law clearly states that I may get a replacement from the merchant. It's been a month that they've been making me jump through hoops and I haven't had a working oven for over a month. I will be taking them to court!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, horrible service.. I strongly recommend everyone to go elsewhere. We purchased a stove from a sales representative named Franco, 3 weeks ago! The stove did not work.. Took 3 weeks for them to tell us we need to order parts for the stove and it will take another 2 weeks! It is the holidays and I am currently stuck without a stove.. when asked if they can do anything for us they basically told us no. Asked to speak to the manager and he was “busy”. When asked if we can exchange it for a new stove they said sure but we would have to pay more for it. No consideration what so ever to their wrong doing, by not being able to admit they sold us a NON-WORKING stove that is missing parts..

After 10 days of charging my cc I did not receive their call about the delivery day! I called them more than 6 times so far and everytime their agents transfer me between them selves (as like a ping pong) until getting to a voice mail or they drop the line.
Their customer support team is not professional, they lie, and not even willing to help!
I will never buy anything from them. And I recommend to never buy online from them, else you will have to deal with their support team.
Note: I am still trying to talk to them and they are still doing the same thing. No body wants to help!! This is like a fraud!!

They sell completely broken products as "lighty scratched" and then charge you extra to repare/replace the appliance-despite the fact that is was sold to you already broken. If you do replace it they wont exchange it for the same thing but they make you buy a more expensive machine or something of lesser value but for the same price.
