After 3 attempts over 6 months including stopping buy twice to actually have them return my call about a service request, I still received no call. even the last time when I stopped in and they promised me that Brian would call me within 24 hours, He still did not call.
I Finally reached out to Cal Geothermal, Refrigeration and Heating in Kamloops. The owner Cal answered right away and we set up the appointment. He arrived promptly and did all my Preventative maintenance that I was wanting. Cal is very professional and knows his stuff and is a real pleasure to deal with. I really wish I would have contacted Cal first
