Honestly they don’t care about what customers say! They are all busy on the computers and in person visits are soo slow! Copart management please be more concerned about people who visit you. they keep sayingβ€œITS OUR POLICY β€œ everytime you mention something is wrong with the way they deal. won’t let you use any tools to understand the vehicle you’ll be bidding on better, As an example of the horrible Management they will now reply with the silly auto reply saying to email them with more information! I already said everything here TAKE ACTION !

You have to be very careful before bidding, be sure to know what you are bidding on as the information given is usually lacking , incomplete, misleading and or false. Don't get me wrong, you could get great deals here but you just need to double check and make sure you know exactly what you are bidding on. I've bid on many lots here and sold many as well. I've had some great experiences and some terrible ones. Some staff were responsible, respectful and reasonable, others were the opposite. They yard staff need to be more careful with recording information such as pictures, milage etc. The forklift operator could be wreckless if he doesn't know what he is doing. I've had cars with damaged gas reservoirs due to the forklifts when loading/unloading. I've managed to return some vehicles due to false mileage which is a very unprofessional mistake that could be easily avoided. They have been doing better lately though. If I were to manage this place I would make sure all lots are advertised as true as possible. Other auctions give much more detail for each lot which is very helpful especially with online bidding. In summary, managers have some work to do to ensure employees are always on top of things .

The hidden fees are unbelievable. Read the very fine print. Over 30 percent on top of my winning bid. This place is a scam to both buyers and seller. Do not become a member.

Worst place ever. They don't care about the customers and are really rude. They have exagerated covid restrictions and make you sometimes wait in your car for 40 minutes or more just to make a payment. Plus, a bunch of hidden fees that add up. Lack of staff and its probably because no one wants to deal with their unhappy customers and extreme restrictions.

Do not deal with Copart unless you want to be ripped off. They charge ridiculous fees and also make sure you know where the vehicle is when you buy it. The one I got was 7 hrs away, not in the lot where I was bidding. They will always tell you it’s in the fine print but it’s just a cop out so they can trick you. I will never deal with copart again. Terrible mistake!

Bad experience. Was told by insurance to make an appointment in order to grab Items from a car. Called and was directed to Edmonton office who schedule the appointment and gave instructions on what to do when I arrived with an order #. Arrived for my appointment time when I was told I had to join the general line and that the office did not do appointments. Now my time is wasted after making an appointment when I would have come sooner, and missed my own meetings afterwards as my vehicle was not ready until 45-mins to an hour after my appointment. Edmonton office also communicated with Calgary office over the computer while I stood there on the phone, discussing the issue. TD Insurance should chose another yard to send these cars if they want to ask people to make appointments to pick them up.

* very high fees, I paid an extra 1000 bucks over the vehicle that I bid for $3350. * staff seems to not care about customers. * a lady from the staff was asking me to pull up my face mask while she has her mask off and 2 of the staff too and the distance was over 5 meters and was only me in the customer area. I really don't recommend this auction.

Very good COVID-19 precautions (follow the poster's instructions at the entrance on arrival) & the office is clean and tidy. Customer Service not bad... The location is quite easy to locate. Please prepare to wait a bit though but not that bad.
