A	Abdullah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I’m not going to lie, after going there for soo many times, I was very disappointed with the way I was served last night, we came in for a reservation had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the table to be cleaned, I appreciated what they did as the hostess at the front was very kind to inform me, however when we got to the table, we had no cutlery’s, we sat there waiting for a good 10 minutes before our hostess came in. She informed us how things changed and it’s no longer an open buffet, we were glad because we were at the top level, told her we just needed a minute to look at the menu, she said she would be back in 2 minutes, almost 10 minutes go past we got absolutely nothing. One of the people who was bringing the meat felt bad and grabbed us some cutlery’s to actually eat, when I got up I asked the hostess if we can simply just ordered rice, black beans, and mashed potatoes. To which I’m not even joking, after 1 hour and 20 minutes we got just the rice and mash potatoes, both extremely cold. Honestly after paying such an expensive price and to be treated like that, really was very disappointing and quite a shame because I’m probably not going to come back as this was extremely disappointing after looking forward to eat at such place that treated us extremely well before. I hope the services improves and the managers acknowledge the importance of simple treatment to the customers.
D	Dennis Monague on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight was the reopening of steak heaven on earth! My Daughter and I had the fortuitous accident to walk by and notice they appeared to be open. Had a great evening out and this was a big part of it. The staff was polite, attentive and accommodating. The food was simply delicious. Glad to see the reopening and will definitely return again!

I would love to say thank you to Milan for being able to accommodate for a party of 12 people on such short notice for a Saturday night. Milan was very welcoming, polite and provided excellent customer service, he did a fantastic job ! Also a huge thank you to Vini, John Harol, Francisco, Vicky and our wonderful waitress Ester. My dinner party was a handful and this wonderful staff did a magnificent job !!! This place is worth every dollar. The food is fantastic literally mouth watering :) the place is very well managed and organized. Every staff member is friendly and very professional ! the music had me ready to hit the dance floor. Not to forget about the entertainment they had right in front of our table, the dancer was beyond enjoyable and brought such a touch to the whole experience ! This restaurant wont let you down. cleanliness: 5 stars service: 5 stars food: 5 stars performance: 5 stars ambiance: 5 stars overall satisfaction : 100% Definitely will be returning and recommending to everyone ! I was asked 4 times my The floor manager if I got everything I wanted and I explained that I was still waiting for the meat to arrive...as I didn't receive any food and no I wasn't full. By the time everyone around us was served we got full on the corn bread I had to ask for due to no meat coming to the table. I have been multiple times to every location and would strongly recommend looking for alternatives after the horrible service last night at the Vaughan location. Nothing like $200 for dinner and excited to get McDonald's because you are so hungry.

Upon arriving to our reservation EARLY, we were greeted by the hostesses who seemed less than interested in speaking to us, during our dinner every server would serve the tables behind us and walk right by our table to serve the next completely ignoring our table. It wasn't about probably 40 minutes into our dining experience that we had to wait for them to realize we had been hardly served anything at this point. In my opinion this place is overrated for the price and service, you would be better off celebrating an intimate get together somewhere else in Toronto.
S	Shoval Solo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food and very clean. It is an upscale all-you-can-eat buffet with waiters that brings you different types of very good meats. In the buffet you have fruits, salads, cheese, breads and dips. The service is very good when the restaurant is not full or on weekends. But sometimes the service can be very slow like they forget about you. The price is a bit high but it a place for spacial events. Overall this restaurant is very good and worth the money ??.
M	Miles Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly I have to mention how awesome Jessica our server was and our fav meat guy from the Ukraine was. Like they were absolute gems, very thoughtful and on point. The food was amazing, super rich in flavour and a great variety. That being said getting food was random and we felt left out. We saw meat going back and forth but rarely stopped by us. Only 2 of the 6 of us needed well done, so that was definitely not the reason, though it felt that way. For the amount we paid, there is zero excuse for that type of service. Our server tried her best, but she is only one of many. We saw others come and go in our time there waiting. I wasn't a fan, I wanted to be so badly, but left feeling underwhelmed. My advice is to super assert yourself to make sure you get your food, and not far apart or waiting from one bite to the next. All the best with that.
K	Kassie G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience! In the past I’ve been to the Vaughan location, and this location makes up for the disappointment. The food, service, and entertainment was so fun! For the Garden drink (photo) which was so cute and delicious! Would definitely go back!
