About Cooper Roofing Ltd.
Chad has worked with the company since 1996. He finished high school & immediately proceeded to Red Deer College, where he received a diploma in Business Administration. Chad obtained 9 years of field experience & then became a full-time general manager with the company.
Chad is a certified journeyman roofer & has field experience installing all types of roofing systems. He is in charge of the daily operations of the business, as well as quotations & crew scheduling for the commercial/industrial divisions. Building long-term relationships with customers & the community is very important to him.
He stays updated with all the materials & technological advancements in the roofing industry & can recommend proper roofing design & materials to offer our clients affordable & quality roofing solutions.
Chad is honoured to be a member of many charity organizations in our community. He has been president of the Optimist Club of Red Deer & a Lieutenant Governor for Optimist International. He is also a member of the Kin Club, Red Deer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cooper flat roofing division quoted to perform a number of torch-on flat roof repairs. After they completed the work in less than a half day I went up to investigate; less than 1/2 of the quoted work was done. The estimator made promises to come out and look but never did. In the end they invoiced me for the full amount of the quote. This week RT Roofing removed the cap flashing and discovered that the repairs Cooper did weren't even bonded to the base layer membrane of the parapet wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was only going to give a 1 star rating, but I finally received a call back after 2 months, when I said I chose to go with Goodmen Roofing. After the big windstorm I understood the wait time would be long, but I waited approximately 1 month and half for my roof to be repaired and then I called back to see when it would be repaired. They said soon (no real time frame) and that they would give my name and number and have someone call me back, nobody ever did. I thought everyone was this busy so I gave them another 2 weeks, finally I really needed it fixed because my home was in the middle of being sold and for the buyer's peace of mind I knew I needed to get it fixed. I tried calling Goodmen and they called back right away and said they could come fix it that day. The day I called to cancel Cooper Roofing to inform them someone else would be doing the job, I finally got called back and were polite and said they were happy someone was taking care of me and they apologized. This was just over 2 months from my original call in for service. I understand companies get really busy, but I wish I would have got at least one call back and an actual time frame so I'd know to try someone else if they couldn't meet my schedule as I had made the lady in reception aware that my home was being sold and I needed to have it done. Everyone at Cooper was pleasant to deal with, but it was frustrating under the circumstances.

Their work was top notch and I was so impressed with the level of tolorablity towards payment. I owed a rough total of just over $30,000 and they were so understandable towards payment I was overwhelmed. They understand that everyone is not made of money and allowed me to make three payments. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years ago my roof pretty much came off in a storm but the shingles were new form another roofers poor quality of work. Cooper repaired quickly and cleaned up every day. I recently had a small drip I could hear inside my attic I called them to come take a look. They found an issue and repaired it as soon as weather permit and at no cost to me! They are truly a good company

Everything was cleaned up every day when they were done.i would recommend cooper roofing to any one redoing there home. That is my personal opinion.Thanks mark.

There was a bit of a hiccup receiving a receipt after I paid, but I chalk this up to the fact they were so busy with the scheduling challenges they faced due to the weather this summer. I would recommend them to anyone & will happily contact them again if we have any roofing needs. We need to reshingle our house next summer & they will be our call!
