And these people certainly make it convenient for those who prefer their products over the big-box options. They make routine deliveries, which if you happen to live in or nearby a community that's part of their journey, they can bring the food to you at one of the several destination spots they reach at appointed times. Their website is very thorough. There's small windows for being able to order. However, in addition to the meeting at specific sites, there is the option to go straight to their farm and not only pick up your order, but have a look around to see how things are done. The Covlins & Olsens are very friendly people. This is a very dedicated and closely knit family that believes in quailty, not quantity. Sometimes they're not the easiest to reach, but if you want food you can trust from people that can be trusted, this is the optimal choice to make.

All of the products I ordered were packaged nicely and are of the best quality. I am particularly impressed with the grass-fed beef. Before you cook anything, do some research about cooking grass-fed beef. It has its own technique and you need to take a few precautions to end up with a nice, tender cut of meat. It's definitely a different experience relative to grain-fed (not better or worse - just different). Grass-fed beef does tend to have more complex flavors within the meat compared to grain-fed, but you do lose some of the richness associated with the latter. Would definitely have this again!
