★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the absolute BEST dry aged steaks anywhere! Heading back there today to fill up my freezer for the rest of the BBQ season and to place an order for a dozen steaks for next spring. Those should be 10 months old by then!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came from Montreal to try their dry aged steaks. Got a 90 day dry aged Quebec Wagyu Rib steak And a 90 day Prime. Phenomenal quality, excellent marbling and a well controlled dry aging process. The staff was able to tell me the provenance of the beef, all local. That's rare to find. If you love dry aged beef like me, you have to try these guys out it's definitely worth the trip. Great selection, top shelf beef and very reasonable pricing considering what you're getting. My new go to spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small butcher store but very high quality products and passionate staff. Specializing in (truly spectacular!) aged beef but also have pork, veal, duck and poultry products. Within the store there is a separate business selling cheese, cold cuts and charcuterie, spices and sauces etc. Don't forget to visit the spice store right next door featuring lots of high quality spices, spice mixes and teas sold in bulk by weight.
