★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, The lady in the Back, who thinks she runs all the office people is the worst. I think her name is LINA. just a horrible person, very rude to customers and employee's. Her desk is in the middle of a jungle.. Not sure what thats about. theres also another employee named anna-rina who is also very negitive, seems like she kisses Lina's ass.. Stay away from these two evil's and you should be ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with Convoy supply for has been the worst experience in my 12 years in business.
They sent me to a third party to pick up part of my order. Not what I was looking for so they returned it.
Apparently they can’t turn back cash , but Oder was also partially paid by card.
They said cant do more than 500$ on card and they wrote me a check on different company name. It’s been 8 weeks and I’m still waiting for me 1500$ refund.
Stuff extremely rude and not willing to solve problems. Those ladies in there will do everything to get you out of the door.
Told me to speak branch manager Bernie da Silva.
If he doesn’t solve this issue than I’ll have to go through the Small Claims Court.
So do yourself a favour and stay away from these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convoy has literally the worst customer service of any construction supplier or store generally that I have ever visited in my entire life. Not a single person in there has any interest in pleasing anybody. They just don’t care. The only reason that place still exists is because they are the exclusive supplier of a number of very important materials. But their hand tools are 50 to 100% more expensive than anywhere else you can buy them, and everyone in there would rather be somewhere else.
