Continental Tower - 15 Dundonald Street

Cockroaches are a real thing here. We managed to get rid of them in our unit making it slightly less terrible to live here. Seeing them in the elevator and community laundry room is still horrific though. Woke up this morning to my bathroom ceiling falling in and immediately went to tell them in the office. This information was met with a that sounds bad, we’re really busy today.

Management is very nice and helpful. The area is a little sketchy but the characters keep to themselves. Super convenient location as it is on top of the subway station and everything is within walking distance.

One word: cockroaches! No matter how clean you keep your place or how many precautions you take (pest control, insecticide, removing all organic trash daily, washing dishes, etc), there is no end to them. Yes, it is cheap-ish and well-located but the possibility of cockroaches walking on your bed even if you never brought food into the room is not my idea of comfortable. We also had 1 of the 2 elevators broken for over a month (24 floor building) and spent a good 2 months with the only 2 treadmills broken. Staff is very good-natured and friendly but efficiency and speed are not part of the package.

Living here was an awful experience. The building is not well kept, there are massive bedbug and cockroach infestations that the management doesn't address, the units are run-down and dirty, and the building has no concierge and doors that wouldn't shut properly . One time an intoxicated man got into the building and wouldn't stop trying to get into my apartment until I called the police. The outdoor patio has nice features, but they will randomly lock the door for weeks at a time to prevent you access to them, with no explanation or communication given. The property manager is inadequate and doesn't respond to a single email or building concern, and the number posted in the building to contact her led me to a wrong number. When I finally went to her office to talk to her in person, I stood at the doorway while she sat across the room 15 feet back, so she stood up, walked towards me until we were face to face, then had the audacity to say "you aren't socially distancing so leave me alone" then when I stepped back she shut the door in my face. Horribly unprofessional and incompetent. I would rate this building and its management a zero if I could. Avoid it at all costs. Edit, For anybody looking into this building, I’ve just noticed that it got a number of 5 star reviews all within the same week. I looked at the reviewers and notice some of them are staff who I saw while living in this terrible building. The fact that they need their staff to give them good reviews to balance out all the negative reviews should tell you everything you need to know about their integrity. Again, don’t trust these people. Live anywhere else.

I live here...Been here since 1998,...it's now 2021.. and I all I have to say is..I Love it. Greatest Property Management Ever!!!!..And I truley mean that. all great people to deal with, always friendly...and all their hard work makes this building work....work amazing!! neighbors are great, the floors are always clean, laundry room always maintained walkways are always cleared of snow in the winter.

I signed 1806 unit , we face a lot of issue there and after 2 weeks we canceled our lease .the building was effected by cockroaches .

As the tag line says why book room, book a House. Toronto furnished living provides house with loaded furnishings, utensils etc. Convenient for the newcomers like us. Place was neat and tidy. Helpful staff and management available anytime for any help. Prime location and near by any restaurants and stores was a plus point. We stayed for a month, it was a pleasant stay. I recommend people to opt for this property anytime.

I have been living here for over a year and enjoyed my time at 15 Dundonald St. property under MetCap Living. The credit goes to these two ladies. Maria & Zaynab are phenomenal at their job. All of my concerns were met with straightforward answers and the paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain free and very reassuring. Great place to live. Cheers ♥️??
