★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there first to scout out which Seadoo models might be right for me. Sales person was informative but a casual conversation with a service engineer was even more useful. Second visit was to purchase and the whole deal with all details was taken care of within 1 hour.
Also had a self-inflicted problem (wakeboarding rope sucked into turbine) which was taken care of in one day by the service department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My MXZ broke down next to Contant St. Agathe today. Was able to limp it to their shop and they serviced the skidoo right away. Ended up being a broken lead to one of the sparkplugs. They had me back on the trails within the hour. Fantastic service! They charged me a fraction of what I thought it would cost for emergency repairs. Extremely pleased!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are not from Quebec...don't bother going as you will be treated like a 3rd class citizen. I wanted to spend 18k and was treated like homeless squatter. Dishonest salesman Alex and add in the very pompous and arrogant manager. That told me he did not care if I spend my 18k BC they will just put it back on the web and sell it. Also my deal breaker besides the fact that I was treated like a peasant....there was undisclosed damage.
So do not buy a used 2018 Thundercat from this dealership. Oh and the manger told my that he has 5 other stores and if I don't buy it then he basically did not care.
