★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess I had the same experience as others.The lady was rude and almost yelled at me and asked me to talk to a lawyer, and she can not give legal advice. Didn't your guys make the law/rules? I was just trying to confirm if my case falls in the scope of the protection act. I tried second time, it was a different person, he did nothing just told me to go find a lawyer. I am confused why bother to put the number there.

however, they don't even read my document, and just let me explained on the phone. after I explained to them, they said they have no enforcement, they don't even contact the business. I got bad service from a rude woman, who refused to spell her name slowly on the phone. I also spoke to a man, the man is nice, but do nothing to help my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi we paid a certified electrician to install potlights around the house and we paid full amount with 13% HST. It's almost 3 months since we made the full payment but we never received any invoice and receipt from the company. Let me know if this is legal. If not please let us know how we should proceed.
