All communications were timely, they came when they said they would, did a great job with the windows installation and took the time to show me how to use them, as well as re-fit my blinds back in place with the new windows. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an outstanding experience with the installation of a new energy efficient patio door. The sales fellow, the installer and the folks in the company receiving our request for a quote were each professional, friendly and efficient at their role.
The new door replaced an old heavy door that was challenging to open and close . The new door is energy efficient, and easy to open and close . The sales person and installer were meticulous with both measuring , installing and finishing touches.
We are now, because of the workmanship and quality of the product , reviewing other window upgrades for our home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such an amazing experience with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors right from getting the quote to the completion of windows installation. The Window and Door Specialist Kristian Garfield provided a very comprehensive quote with full details of each windows and an estimated delivery time frame. Kristian was also very patient in providing answers to all our questions which helped us in making our final decision. One week after signing the contract, Jon Langford and his team member showed up to take the measurement of all windows. And then we received a call from Graeme Knight within the delivery time frame to schedule the appointment for installation of our windows. The Installer team of Colin came on time to install them and completed installation as scheduled. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. We were very happy that we selected Consumer Direct Windows and Doors.
We would highly recommend Consumer Direct Windows and Doors to anyone for quality, competitive price and reliable services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kristian Garfield was my salesperson, he gives you all details , timing, price and financing. He resolved all my questions ( believe me... I asked him a million question) and he keep me updated on any schedule update.
Remember once you order your customized windows there is a 10 to 16 waiting period (keep that on mind so you can coordinate installation in a warmer weather)
I got my 13 windows installed in January 21 cold and windy conditions but the crew was ready to remove old window and install the new one right away plus they use extreme weather foams and caulking products so the can install windows in cold weather
yes the house got cold but thanks to the installation crew it wasn't that bad.
Sina and Sam ( the installation crew) worked non stop they did and amazing job they definitely care about the final result... the cover the floor, clean the area and they are respectful around the property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consumer Direct had installed a new front door and 7 new windows. We had contacted 4 companies for quotes, and Consumer Direct not only came in with the best price, but the service received to get the quote was very professional and personal and the quality of the material was good quality. Jon was very knowledgeable and ensured that he took the time to explain all the steps with us. We had made 2 changes to not only the front door but the windows as well, and Jon provided updated quotes very quickly. When the time came to make a decision regarding colour of the door, they did not have a physical sample available, so went out of their way to contact the manufacturer to get a sample. As you can see from the pictures of the door it was a very dramatic change and one that Jon was very instrumental in helping us make a decision on. We at first wanted to stay with a similar style of the door with a side window, but John as shown us a picture of a previous client who removed the side window and enlarged the door to a custom size (40"). The result was spectacular. We now love our new entrance.
When installation time arrived, the crew were very professional and followed all COVID protocols. They ensured that they laid runners throughout the house to ensure that the floors were kept clean. After installation was complete, they vacuumed all the areas and put all old material in the garbage that they took with them. They went around to all areas to ensure that we knew how the new windows opened (as they were different than our old ones) as well as to ensure that all outside areas were completed sealed.
I would recommend Consumer Direct Windows & Doors to anyone who is in the market for door and window replacements.
