★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst consulate in the world. The Embassy is good in their customer service, they find solution to your problems and guide you as much as they can. However, their Vancouver Office is not professional; I went there and a guy with a cup of tea came to the Window and didn't even know what I was talking about? He was referring me to their website, I was like what the hell, I am here in person because of your website. I have to clarify things in person as they are not mentioned in your website. Then he asked an Elderly person and he was confused too. Talked like he is the Boss, I explained him politely that you are not giving me the right answers, and don't refer me to your website or ask me to send you email. I am struggling to find answer to my questions but they don't pick up their phone. At least be professional outside your country if you can't be inside Afghanistan. You are depicting a wrong image of Afghanistan Mission in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything worked just fine today. The process has greatly improved, compared to 2 years ago. Very short wait outside of the building, nice and helpful staff. Everything took us about 1 hours and 20 minutes. Very happy that everything was so Quick.

I never write reviews, but I think this was worth the time to share my experience.
The staff at this Consulate is very professional and helpful, their attentive work ethic is what sets them apart from the other consulates I have visited.
I spoke to a female employee ( Florence I believe ) multiple times in regards to my Tazkira and passport, she was very patience, positive and respectful with my questions and answered all of them in a professional manner.
Thank you for portraying a positive image of Afghanistan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These professional employees deserve more than 5 stars, I have used thier services for more than twice and I have never been disappointed. Just one small point to be observed, don't wait for your email reply or a callback, you will need to show up and deal with your problem first hand! But once you do, you are good to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got an Afghan visa issued here in just a couple of days. The staff were professional and took care of everything in a timely manner. Best to call before going to make sure they are open on time. Consulate is upstairs; the entrance is behind the thrift store.
