Lessard carried out the complete reconstruction of our home following a major fire. Quality work, carried out with care, on time and according to standards. Good communication and quick response to requests and questions. The budget was well managed and the few final adjustments were made promptly. In short, a serious and trustworthy company that we recommend without hesitation.

P	P. De Civita, MA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very disappointing experience. I thought that relying on the Google ratings would be a safe bet, but I was wrong. I spoke with one of the owners and described to him that I required a contractor to do some patch jobs for my father's rental property and sent along the list that succinctly described the minor work. I also impressed upon him that I would be travelling from Gatineau to meet him and visit the site. While I was happy that I was not stood up, a relatively inexperienced subordinate came to estimate the work. Once again, I impressed upon him that this was patchwork until the rental property would be liberated where a comprehensive reno would be needed. A similar treatment of the main floors would also be needed. What I got was an estimate that totalled 12k without any details. When pressed, they disclosed that they did not do patch work and that the estimate was to redo floors and ceramic shower stalls (where just a soup dish had to be cemented on). Not serious about providing what the client needs and a waste of my time. Be aware and stay clear!

I will certainly follow up with a review once the work I done
C	Carey Tsoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had such ridiculously horrible experience with any companies before. But this company, they really have taken it to a whole other level. We have agreed on the price, scheduled a start work date. On the date that they are supposed to start work, nobody showed up. We called, the guy in contact with us was MIA. Only when we wrote him email and CC possibly his boss, then he called back, scheduled another date. But on that day, he bailed again. No calls, no explanations, nothing. Whatever job you want to get done, don’t waste your time. They are absolutely terrible.
