Not reliable and do not keep their word, I called and signed the offer of service over a month ago because they promised to come in the following week, I am now forced to abandon my project because I trusted them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service et pas professionnel du tout... après plus d'un mois d'attente pour un test de sol....on me répond que j'ai jamais communiqué avec eux !! J'ai laissé plusieurs messages, signé un contrat de service,échange de courriels, me suis fait répondre qu'on m'avait averti qu'il n'avait pas d'équipement disponible ce qui n'était pas le cas....bref pout finalement me faire dire que j'avais jamais demandé leurs services !! Compagnie Très mal organisée ! J'ai dû recommencer du début avec une autre compagnie ce qui m'a engendré beaucoup de délais et de temps perdu pour mon installation...ne recommande vraiment pas !
Very poor service and unprofessional at all ... after more than a month of waiting for a soil test .... I am told that I have never communicated with them !! I left several messages, signed a service contract, exchanged emails, was told that I had been warned that he had no equipment available which was not the case ... .should finally tell me that I had never asked for their services !! Company Very poorly organized! I had to start from the beginning with another company which caused me a lot of delays and wasted time for my installation ... really do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne vous recommande pas du tout cette compagnie. Il ne sont pas fiable. Il ne respecte pas leurs délais et à cause d'eux j'aurais dû retard dans ma construction. En plus, quand tu les téléphones pour faire un suivi il répond qu'il n'ont pas de temps à te parler. Très mauvais service.
I do not recommend this company at all. They are unreliable. He does not meet their deadlines and because of them I should have delayed my construction. Plus, when you phone them to follow up, he replies that he doesn't have time to talk to you. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fais affaire avec Fabrice Richard pour un test de sol, préparation d'un rapport de faisabilité et une étude de drainage pour une construction neuve. J'avais une date limite assez serrée et Consoltech FR m'ont bien accommodé. J'ai eu un très bon service. Je recommande pour un projet local mais surtout, dans le contexte de pandémie, de vous y prendre d'avance.
I did business with Fabrice Richard for a soil test, preparation of a feasibility report and a drainage study for a new construction. I had a pretty tight deadline and Consoltech FR accommodated me well. I had very good service. I recommend for a local project but above all, in the context of a pandemic, to get there in advance.
