★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed my 5 year old up for his entry level program. No skating experience necessary, all they need to be able to do is stand up on their skates on ice, which my boy could do. Most the kids in that class could already skate, stop, backskate.. coach seemed to have no time for the kids who were lagging behind the other. It demoralized my kid to the point he was getting anxiety about going to practice.
I give the 2 stars because I do like the coach's "no bull" approach to coaching. Kids need tough guidance, and coach provides that which is great. Just wish he had more patience with the kids who weren't as quick to pick up new skills.
