★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up at the beginning of the second period. Paid $15 for parking, went in, and couldn't buy a ticket - security told me they leave when the second starts. Went back out and the parking attendant was gone and the gate was open... What a welcome to an out of towner...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was sad! The new coach has detroyed the team and now traded our best player. Every year they have smaller crowds. We need better couching more wins and fighting restrictions lessoned. Frankly conversations stop, people look up from their phone whenever a fight breaks out. A pure game without fighting sounds great but doesn't bring in crowds. Even the biggest fans are tired of watching this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treated very rudely by the ticket staff here. During one of the coldest days of winter, I went to get tickets so I could take a bunch of my neighborhood kids to a hockey game. These don’t have resources and had never been before. The signage was confusing as the was a gate blocking the way I was directed. So went amount to the west entrance and back around to the east entrance where all the doors were locked. Scared of getting frost bite, I went back to the original location and thought I’d walk beside the gate to where I can see the ticket office. I knocked and knocked knowing they were open, and figured they had locked the door by accident. My knocking got louder as I got colder and more frustrated, as you can imagine. At that point, I realized that there was a way around. Someone that has been here before may have noticed it earlier, but again, zero signage.
When I addressed this issue with the staff, I didn’t raise my voice, or use any unkind language, even if my frustration was obvious. They in tern treated this 50 + year old customer as though I was some rotten kid. I also learned that they had called security on me!
And all they had to do when they put up this gate, is add a sandwich board with a bloody arrow. ?
