Rain is polite and competent at repairs and the audiologist Dana was recruited from the recently closed hearing clinic at Mt Sinai hospital.
You won't find a better team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a hearing test at this center on the recommendation of my family doctor. As soon as the test was completed, I received an aggressive sales pitch suggesting I spend a lot of money on hearing aids even though my hearing isn't that bad. There is clearly a conflict of interest here, taking advantage of elderly folks. I suggest other folks get a more objective hearing test somewhere else where they aren't subjected to such sales pitches.
