S	Sunshine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st off all this review is NOT about the dr this is about the medical office admin named abdul. If you even want to call him that. I have NEVER in my life spoken to someone so incompetent of doing a job in my life. I am an office admin myself. 1. He was working from home and was around what sounded like a party happening, it was so loud I could not even hear him talking. Why you would not go to a quiet place to work is beyond me. 2. He could not seem to answer anything or know anything about the office, for example I asked if dr chawla still worked there as that is who my son saw last time and he did not even know! I was simply trying to confirm an apt about my son, he replied the same sentence for every question i had, "go to the website and submit an inquiry we will call u back" he could not even answer if my son had an apt. I have never gotten so frustrated at an office admin. Why is this person even working for the office or taking calls if they cant answer 1 question!? Makes me not want to even go there. What an unprofessional incompetent person, he should NOT be working the front desk i am shocked at how unprofessional this person was. What a joke.

He did a great job. - Dr. Singla is a busy guy; made me wait 30 minutes to tell me 2 sentences in less than 30 seconds and leave. - They have a weird way of sending the results. - I still haven't received my results from August. I know that means everything is fine, but if I ask for my results... then I would like to see my results! Period. Don't make me fill google forms and still not send them. - Dr. Anees gets another point. He was veryyy friendly. - Dr. Singla isn't bad, but he definitely isn't timely. - Front office is kind. - For a public washroom, it was fairly clean, so that's a plus. - Lady that did my ECG was kind, fast, and professional. - Clinic is overall well sanitized. If I get my results in the next year. I will definitely change it to 5 stars.
S	Sam S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been seeing Dr. Singla and his staff since I was pregnant with my son as I was a high risk pregnancy. Over the last 4.5 years it has been the same staff (maybe a couple new helpers) and they've always been wonderful to us. Dr. Singla was able to calm our families nerves about the pregnancy as well as check for way more possible issues we weren't aware of. He explained everything he was checking for, what the results were in detail. After our son was born he did several follow up appointments to confirm a suspected defect. He discovered a heart defective with my husband we were not previously aware of as hereditary! Every time we go now, even with covid protocol in place we feel more then comfortable. The waiting room has ample space! Once someone vacates a chair someone comes and wipes it. The staff don't even mind my overly chatty boy and talk to him throughout the whole time we're there! They're totally okay explaining what they're doing well and why in detail until he's satisfied with their answers. I would recommend this place every time someone asks me! If my sister was closer I would have insisted she try to get him!

B	Brad Batey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how the doctor is yet but the place is ran horribly. We made an appointment 3 years ago to get our sons heart checked for a murmur he had at birth. Wife drives an hour to go to the appointment with 2 kids and one is a newborn to be told the appointment is now over the phone (not sure how one checks someone's heart over the phone). We where not notified about this change. We get the call from the doctor hours later and he says I need to see him in person and you will have to make another appointment. Very helpful, thanks for wasting are time and money.
M	Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office has called for the past 3 weeks to book an appt. Very odd hours like 730 pm yet you try and call during office hours and no one picks up. I left messages that when we are ready to book I will contact them. They continue to call. I spoke to someone this afternoon and I told them that when I want to book I will call them back. I dont think they understand English and they just hung up the phone. I reported them to my family doctor to refer me elsewhere. Dont waste people's time. Does this doctor work on commission based on all the calls I have received ? No thank you, I'm looking for a cardiologist.
S	Shazad Mirza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office staff has made us lose all confidence in them. They mixed up our son's account with someone else's including sharing details about the person. When we called to advise them we were corresponded by 4 calls from 2 different people all of them completely oblivious. Can you imagine if I brought my son in and because someone else had the same last name, they gave us the wrong prognosis, diagnosis? OMG .. I refuse to go this Doctor because of the staff's incompetency and they are very lucky that we haven't reported this breach.

Tell me in what business you can make a customer wait 1hr when they have a appointment booked for a certain time and expect them to support you and come back??? What are you people doing with our tax dollars???? Pull your head out of the sand your suppose to be doctors??? Time Managment does not take a lot of intelligence, makes you wonder if there that bad at running there practice…. How bad are they at being a doctor…….. 1 star because the staff was still friendly.
