Ils ont une bonne gamme de produits a offrir pour rencontrer tous les besoins et budgets. Ils ont remplacé mon système thermopompe quiet fournaise qui datait de plus de 20 ans par un système certifié Energy Star qui se qualifie au programme Rénovert. Fabio a été excellent pour m'accompagner dans le processus de sélection et m'a fourni le certificat AHRI pour l'équipement installé qui certifie la conformité pour Renovert (ce que d'autres soumissionnaires ne se sont pas donnés la peine de fournir). L'installation a eu lieu à la date convenue malgré la température difficile et Louis-Philippe et Stéphane ont été disponibles pour répondre aux questions tout au long de l'installation. Faites vos recherches. Pour ces systèmes, le facteur le plus important dans la performance et la fiabilité des machines est l'installation par des professionnels compétents et qualifiés. Je recommande Confort Rive Nord sans hésiter pour cette raison.
Excellent service. Professional installation. Communication has been excellent from submission to installation and after-sales service. They have a good range of products to offer to meet all needs and budgets. They replaced my quiet furnace heat pump system that was more than 20 years old with an Energy Star certified system that qualifies for the Rénovert program. Fabio was excellent to accompany me in the selection process and provided me with the AHRI certificate for installed equipment that certifies compliance for Renovert (which other bidders did not bother to provide). The installation took place on the agreed date despite the difficult weather and Louis-Philippe and Stéphane were available to answer questions throughout the installation. Do your research. For these systems, the most important factor in the performance and reliability of the machines is the installation by competent and qualified professionals. I recommend Comfort Rive Nord without hesitation for this reason.

Lors de ma consultation avant installation j'ai eu la visite de Louis-Philippe Martel un des propriétaire de l'entreprise. Que dire de son service à la clientèle qui a été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Ensuite, l'installation s'est bien passé Martin et son collègue ont été très professionels et courtois. Lors de l'installation ils ont rien brisé et fait l'installation comme il se doit. Ils ont même pris le temps de m'expliquer le fonctionnement de ma machine à la fin. Je vous le recommande.
I am super satisfied with my experience with Confort Rive-Nord for my wall-mounted air conditioner installation. During my consultation before installation I had a visit from Louis-Philippe Martel, one of the owner of the company. What can we say about his customer service which has lived up to my expectations. Then the installation went well Martin and his colleague were very professional and courteous. During the installation they broke nothing and did the installation as it should. They even took the time to explain how my machine works at the end. I recommend it.

Notre thermopompe mural ne dégageait plus d’air frais donc nous avons appelé la compagnie Confort Rive-Nord, un tech est venu et a dit qu’il y avait une fuite de fréon donc il remplit et suggère d’introduire un produit miraculeux : « Superseal »
2e appel de service (la semaine suivante): 340$
Il installe ce produit à 220$ +tx et repart. Le lendemain (en moins de 24 heures) la thermopompe fait un bruit étrange à l’extérieur, je rappelle le technicien et il dit que c’est pas leur problème, c’est sûrement parce qu’il fait chaud dehors et que le compresseur a brisé! Seriously??? Il fait 15 degré dehors ennuagé.
J’appelle le propriétaire de la compagnie, L-Philippe et lui explique la situation et il me dit que le produit n’est pas un succès garanti, ne m’offre aucune visite de retour pour vérifier (après que j’ai déversé dans ses poches 700$ pour rien).
En contactant diverses compagnies et explique la situation on me dit tous la même chose, ils ont brisé votre thermopompe!
Je ne recommande cette compagnie à personne. Nous voulions juste un ac qui marche et la on doit racheter tout à neuf.

On se fait tellement avoir à gauche et à droite de nos jours, avec eux, je me suis senti en pleine confiance dès le début. Deux personnes de ma famille on fait affaire avec Confort Rive-Nord et c’est la même chose de leur côté ! Super service à la clientèle. Je recommande fortement ! Merci à votre équipe ?.
Not to complicate. The installers are super nice as well as the owner. We get so screwed left and right these days, with them, I felt full of confidence from the start. Two people in my family do business with Confort Rive-Nord and it's the same thing on their side! Great customer service. I highly recommend ! Thank you to your team ?.
