My Credential money managers provide sound, reliable advice and service. Everyone that I’ve met has struck me as being knowledgeable and trustworthy.
K	Karla Patterson-Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst organization I have ever had to deal with. They had the audacity to tell me they would not waive probate on my Mom's estate. She hadn't passed away. We were trying to honor the wishes of our terminally ill Mother and Credit Union did nothing but put up roadblock after roadblock. I was made to feel that what we were doing was immoral and illegal. This was after I had obtained legal advise on how to ensure we could do what our Mother wished. My Mother was a long time member in good standing and Credit Union thought they should determine what was appropriate for her to do with her own money. I had to go to my Mother in Hospice and tell her wishes would not be honored. Unbelievable. Disgustingly unprofessional behavior. They need to be held accountable in the court of public opinion. If you bank with Credit Union this may happen to you. Have a say in how you get to handle your life savings when the time comes to leave it your family. Don't let Credit Union decide for you.
L	Lucas Kuffner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is always quick to get transactions done, and meetings with reps here have always been decent. Sometimes this branch has a line but they usually move through it quite quickly. Every time I've had an issue this branch has also solved it quite quickly. This CU has treated me way better than any bank I've been with - where I actually don't mind coming by to do my banking. Only ask would be that the old ATM's get some TLC and get updated to the new ones like the West Landing and Crossing Branches have but that's very minor as the ATM's still work, and those other branches are way out of the way to get to for me.
