If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Usually I like to go local when it comes to companies, especially when it comes to my banking needs. However, I will be moving all of my accounts, credit and investments. Their customer service is astronomically terrible. I Will be moving everything to one of the big guys. Think twice before going with TCU.

I have been banking with TCU for over 15 years. In the beginning they were a great bank. Find somewhere else to do your business. This brand has done nothing but go down in quality. The service is average at best, and things just seem to get worse and worse as years go on. Recently they "redid" their app. Well its no longer an app... its a glorified link to their website, and half the interface does not work? Wanna see more transactions then just that day? Too bad. Wanna resign up and enter your birthday? Oh wait you have to scroll back 500 years because theres no place to actually enter your birthday. Not to mention the lack of customer service involved while they left their customers high and dry while they MADE A NEW APP over 4 days, leaving customers with no ability to do anything because they cant even keep their doors open more then 3 days a week. Once my loan comes to terms ill be switching to one of the larger banks. Be warned.

Andrea Bacsu is great! She is easy to talk to, she listens, and most importantly Andrea shares advice without pushing! Andrea takes time when I am experiencing a brain freeze to clarify!
