★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This trail was a beautiful accessible trail until the city decided to fence off a public crossing that had been in use for 75+ years. The crossing was at Appollo gymnastics and instead of dealing with the homeless encampment they just fenced it off. They (the city) claimed it was a safety concern, but it was a knee jerk reaction to a problem that caused an uproar with the public. Just be aware that the only access is Timmins street or on Marathon Beach. If something happens there is no longer the middle access point to leave or get help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful trail beside Lake Nipissing. The "CONDO" trail was named after the large Condo building you will see along your walk (Harbor Front). Recently added was 2 sitting area's with benches so you can relax and view North Bay's beautiful sunsets. The trail is maintained in the summer and garbage cans can be found along the trail.
