K	K. Tonge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our townhouse complex was painted in 2014 and was completed just before Snowtember hit. While the majority of the work done was somewhat satisfactory, the paint of the fences quickly started to bubble, and in the case of my backyard, burst. To this day the paint on a lot of the fences within our complex is still bubbling. The work is apparently warrantied for three years; however good luck trying to get the contractor back to actually do the warranty work and fix any deficiencies covered and signed off in the contract. Once paid in full, he's gone and makes excuse after excuse as to why he can't return - to the point where we're going into our final year of warranty and still nothing (no surprise there I guess). If I could post a picture of what my yard looks like now, I would. It looks terrible ... While the work was being completed, trees were cut down without consent and the debris tossed over a fence. Paint tape was left half removed and dangling in unreachable places, downspouts were removed and not re-attached, paint smears were left behind; and that's just a sampling. I'm sure there are many classy residential paint contractors in Calgary, but this is not one of them. Save yourself the time, money and headache of dealing with this company. Trust me, they are a nightmare of epic proportion.
G	Gabe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see that some of the past reviewers say that this company does not provide good customer service, but I beg to differ. The painters working on our condo complex have all been very friendly, courteous, and are doing a great job with the painting. As a previous painter of 3 years myself, I was very impressed at the attention to detail in their prep as well as with the coats. I’d also like to give extra thanks and compliments to the foreman, Graham, who made sure that any errors the painters made were corrected promptly. Thank you for your good work! Side note: Another reviewer mentioned they were unhappy that their fence was “bubbling” after 2.5 years, but again as a previous painter myself, I have to say this is typical wear you can expect especially with some older fences. It does not reflect on the quality of the paint job itself, and judging by the work I’ve seen on my own complex I’m sure it was done properly. Thanks again guys!
