G	Ginny Siv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great practise! I've been coming here since I was a little girl and the staff always does their best to make me and my family feel comfortable and welcomed. I felt very safe during my 2 appointments during COVID. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Spiderwebs on chairs in the exam room, floors are dirty, the alcogel bottle looks old with a chunk of glue. BUT the real problem, I came in with a cavity between 2 teeth, was examined, x rayed, showed the doctor where it hurts and ended up leaving with a perfectly healthy tooth drilled and the original tooth still hurting. After the anesthetic wore off at home, I noticed it and called them,they said to come back to fix it, I asked for a refund on the healthy tooth they said NO, but after the owner saw what happened they did gave me $100 back after I paid $800... HOW DO YOU DRILL A PERFECTLY GOOD TOOTH after x ray's examination and the client pointing where the problem is?! I love how everyone is OK with charging money but not doing the work because why did I even pay for x rays that were not looked at or pay for an exam that did not matter??!?! I still need to see a dentist since the cavity is still there BUT now I have gaps between good teeth that I never needed ABSURD! people should take full responsibility for something like this and give a FULL refund and not $100 to "make me feel better".

X	Xi Bai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Part of my tooth suddenly fell off so I booked an appointment at Concord Dental and showed up on time, but only to find out that there is nobody to see me. The receptionist couldn’t give me a clear explanation as for why my appointment was “canceled” by the clinic, instead she told me that she called me earlier and I didn’t pick up my phone so it’s canceled. I checked my phone record and there was absolutely no miss calls from the clinic. She then asked me to look into my phone and “prove” that I made phone calls to the clinic earlier and booked the appointment. Such nonsense! After seeing that I did call them, she then said maybe my status was “inactive”. Well, all kinds of lies and excuses to cover up their mistakes. It would had been better if they simply explain what might have gone wrong and accept their mistake. So disappointing! My husband also had bad experiences with this clinic about two of his teeth. We’re both switching to another clinic.
K	Karla Bitton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Khan is the most fantastic dentist! Very professional, gentle as well as great with kids. The office is always clean and follows all the Covid protocols. I would recommend that everyone goes to see Dr Khan!!!!

I broke my tooth over the weekend called Concord Dental first thing Monday morning they were very helpful and accommodated me for an emergency appointment. Dr khan is an excellent dentist with a gentle touch. I would highly recommend this office .

I had visited twice during the pandemic and was put at ease by everyone’s effort to make my visits safe and felt like I was given very good dental care
