★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love dropping into this store. There are so many Canadian made/local items to choose from. Many of the items are handmade and I have never seen there anywhere else. I also LOVE the workshops. I like that you can pay for the class and everything is included right from the piece that you are working on, to the many colour choices and even a little light refreshment while you are there. The instructor shows you how to use the product and various techniques to obtain the look you are wanting to achieve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a local shop that truly lives up to the meaning of the term, with plenty of Alliston related merchandise as well as rustic and handcrafted items that are sure to catch the eye and potentially the heart, then this is the place for you. With a friendly atmosphere and plenty of Canadian goods, Concession Road Mercantile is easily one of my favorite gift shops around and if you stop in it just might be yours too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love loveeee this cute shop in Alliston! It has everything for every occasion + it’s almost all artisan crafted/local! Knowing the items I purchase have a real story behind them makes them the perfect gift ?
A few of my faves are the candles, cards, kitchen ware, and the giant arena/sports blankets with my towns name on them!
Customer service is always ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ too!

Lots of high quality, Canadian-made treasures in a welcoming and cozy environment. Highly recommend checking it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at the Concession Road Mercantile twice.
The first time I visited I was not greeted at all by the associate working, or interacted with at any moment during my half an hour visit despite being the only person in the store. However, this was made up for on my second trip when I was greeted by a different associate with a warm welcome and was offered help with the specific items I was looking for.
The store has tons of unique items, and supports countless local small businesses which I LOVE! The store setup is fantastic, and there was a considerable amount of parking both at the front and back of the location. The atmosphere was very inclusive, and I will absolutely continue shopping here - it is a true New Tec gem!
