Everything was professional and organized throughout the entire process. It was exactly the look we were going for and so so much more. Also, it was all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

They were so helpful when suggesting flowers and showing me examples so I could visualize if I didn't know the flowers name. They were so patient and helpful as I tried to explain my vision for the flowers. I kept changing my mind a few times during our first meeting and she went with the flow so well and easily updated the list of what I was requesting. She stuck to my vision while including her professional opinion to help me come to the best order for my aesthetic and budget requirements. They even allowed two pick up times to accommodate the later start of my wedding night so I could have the tables decorated early but have fresh bouquets for pictures. The buckets of flowers/greens were labeled so it was easy to know how much of each type they suggested we use for what purpose which was very helpful but not limiting. I could go on! I’m not sure how their prices compare to other florists but I’d say it was worth every penny I paid. I didn’t worry about the flowers once on my day..

Guests who were there in person and others who joined us from abroad via videolink commented on the lovely display and how my mother would have loved the gorgeous colours. The optional service to create personalised ribbons (in Dutch) to go with the standing arrangement commisioned by relatives was much appreciated. Thank you, Bern's staff for your stellar service.

We discussed with them what we were thinking and they made our bouquets and boutonnieres exactly what we were dreaming of. They were delivered for us on time and all meetings and phone calls were both professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this team for any future flower needs.

Though they didn't deliver to my area, they sent it via Canada Post! My father was very touched, and although he never made a big deal about my mom accidentally breaking the other one, I could tell that he was REALLY happy that it was replaced! I literally looked everywhere for it, and am so grateful that you were able to accommodate sending it to me. I will definitely be stopping by to thank you in person when I get a chance. Today was no exception to have it delivered early as she celebrates her 105th birthday. The floral arrangement that was sent in such beautiful soft colors and long lasting flowers will make her day very special. Bern's are the best. Thank you so much.
