★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO I HAD TO PUT STAR..... Do not take your vehicle to this place they will blame things on you if it goes wrong. I took my volvo to this place to get a 2 two way starter put in for christmas and well I didn't get a starter, or a car that starts AT ALL, instead, he said that it's just a vehicle and that I should settle down.Thanks to Darren for ruining our first christmas with my two month old.... That's what you call professionalism. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off the only reason this is getting a star is so I could post it.
Worst place ever, Would not take anything here unless you want to pay for it twice over at a different place to fix the problems that they cause and then take no responsibility for. I took my suv in for a remote starter which never ended up getting installed because the install tech Darren Francis did something and now it won't do anything won't turn over start or anything, He apparently sub contracts to concept 360 which was not disclosed to begin with when it was brought in and only found out after talking to the owner of concept 360. Darren Francis apparently owns and operates Installz Auto Accessories and rents a bay at concept 360.
After finding this out I started talking to the owner of concept 360 to see if he could help with the situation, he said he is a contractor and will assume no responsibility for anything he dose what a joke. CONSUMER BEWARE.
