J	Jason Seed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not often I'd consider writing a 5 star review when my problem wasn't actually fixed. I was in town doing a trade show when our work laptop was bricked by a (mandatory) bios update from the manufacturer. With little time to spare I called David because of the good reviews he'd received. He was able to squeeze me in in-between other repairs and did just about everything he could to try and save the laptop. It was a pretty urgent situation as I either needed it fixed in a few hours or a new laptop in order to start the show. David was diligent and resourceful. Because I work a lot with computers I've had plenty of opportunities to interact with tech guys and few have earned my trust, but David did. Although he was unable to fix the problem directly he sent me to a local computer shop and even walked their staff through safely removing the hard drive so that I could save all my files to the new laptop just in time for the start of the Trade Show. Anytime I have computer troubles in the Toronto Area, David will be my first call!

I had initially built my very own custom PC for the first time alone and ran into a few problems. After consulting with traditional brick and mortar computer stores I thought all hope was gone as they wanted to charge me upwards of $100 just to look at my computer. When I found David I was very pleasantly surprised by how fair his rates were and just how much dedication he puts into servicing you. There was zero confusion and he explained every step and process thoroughly so that I was 100% confident that he could get my system up and running. Very happy to say my computer is now running beyond my expectations and I paid only a fraction of what “geek squad” would have charged. Thanks again David!

I had been unable to boot up my computer for close to 2 months when I called David to see if he could solve my problem. He patiently listened to what my problem was and, over the phone, provided some simple solutions that could be the answer to the problem I was having. When those didn't work, he took some time on his own, to do some research of his own and soon got back to me with another possible solution. Thankfully, that ended up being the issue and I quickly implemented the solution he had shown me. Afterwards I asked him what the bill came to, he demanded nothing. No matter how I persisted he wouldn't let me pay him for even his time, saying that apart from a few minutes of research, he hadn't really done anything. It was at this point that I knew that I was dealing with an honest person with integrity, and that is, I'm sad to say, sorely lacking in many of the computer repair services I have dealt with in the past. It would have been too easy for David to just take my computer for a few days, implement the simple fix and charge me an exorbitant rate, which I would have paid. Suffice it to say that I cannot recommend David's services highly enough and that I will tell everyone I know that if ever they have a computer related issue, I know the perfect guy for the job. Thanks again David for all your help.

When I wasn't able to get to the bottom of it on my own, David spent an afternoon with me to determine exactly where my issue was. I can say after buying the parts I needed, my computer is running like-new. David is extremely knowledgeable and genuine when it comes to diagnosing and recommending solutions to computer problems. Definitely felt like he had my best interests in mind. More than reasonable pricing for his time and expertise. Good guy and competent technician.
