★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The site is not friendly to English speaking people, it says you need to register before going in. The portion you download to register is all in French.
I tried to phone to get information on the leisure/public swim (was on hold for nearly 15 minutes - got caught off called back and it got disconnected again)

Horrible and unfriendly website that leads to absolutely no where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wasted an hour going through the reservation system and I’m still clueless as to how it works or if I’m even registered for a swim session with the family. Whoever designed the registration process should be fired. Unnecessarily complicated, Utterly un-user friendly and the person clearly has not thought through the process and absolutely should not be in-charged of the design and development of the reservation process. It is so flawed and ridiculously frustrating for anyone simply trying to bring their family for a swim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going there for years. Inexpensive and free parking. I recommend coming here when the weather is too cold for swimming outdoors. They have a beach area for younger children with a small slide. A two story slide for older children and a medium slide for the intermediate. They have a whirlpool area. You can do laps in the 25 meter pool. You can get to the centre by bus,car and bicycle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility itself it great, and the lifeguards friendly. However, I've found management and front desk less than equitable. One of the issues I've had is that they define a family as "two adults with at least one child" and prohibit groups of one adult with a child from family swim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been going for 5 years now and it's an absolutely amazing & fun experience every time we go. We love the shallow end & the 2 water slides great for young kids! The water temperature is warm and facility is clean.
