★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete Physiotherapy is great! I had two basketball injuries and Carlos worked with me to diagnose and treat the issues. He worked closely with me on strengthening the proper areas and getting me back to playing basketball and running.
Very nice modern office and friendly staff! I highly recommend Complete Physio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been having problems with my let knee for sometime and everything around it. It got to the point where I had a hard time to walk, let alone referee hockey. Here I met Carlos and right away you could tell he cared about not only your condition but you as a person. He asked lots of questions, provided the necessary treatment and walked me through the exercises I need to do to feel pain free. On my next visit, the pain was not located in a different spot. Not only did he provided the proper treatment , but took the time to explain why the pain was in this location. Highly recommend Complete Physiotherapy and Carlos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad fall down some stairs end of November 2021. Was in a lot of pain, could barely walk, etc. Came here, saw Carlos. Within minutes he knew what was wrong and within 3 months I was back to normal again.
Carlos is great! He's nice, chatty/not chatty dependant on the person (and I'm chatty, so this was great!). Very personable. Gets results for you! I will absolutely be going back here anytime I have any body issues again. I would even go as far as to say I'm done with chiropractic for maintenance and will likely come here instead.
Oh! And Leanne is great too! (Receptionist)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Threw my back out at work and they really helped with training and treating it right and teaching me proper exercises to do daily to help strengthen it so it has a significantly chance of not happening again. Very happy with results. Had chronic neck pain as well and the exercises also helped? very kind friendly staff. Offer massages as well. 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In response to my original feedback, I was able to communicate with Carlos who is a physiotherapist and one of the owners of the clinic, he provided an acceptable explanation for my concern. I found him very genuine, willing to listen, and eager to help. I look forward to start my physiotherapy sessions in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carlos is AMAZING!!! I came to see him in early Dec. because I hurt my SI joint at work. He was thorough, he was kind, he really listened to what my concerns are. You can tell he loves his job and is very good at it. Over the 23 treatments I had with him, he became a friend and I looked forward to going to my Phyiso appointments :) I had some other medical issues that came up during these treatments and he would text or call to see how I was doing and showed concern for me, which was very kind and didn't go unnoticed. I would 10000000% recommend Carlos to anyone and already have been! You don't normally want to go back to your PT, but when you have Carlos as your therapist, you definitely want to! THANK YOU CARLOS for everything you did! Complete Physio is very lucky to have you. :)
On a side note, LEANNE the receptionist is great too! She is very good at her job, very well informed on what is going on. She too showed concern and care by texting and calling to check in on me. Complete Physio is also very lucky to have her as well! Thank you again Leanne :)
