β β β β β Came here for a routine oil change and Raymond charged me for "other parts" we did not agree upon prior. He would not give me an invoice to break down the costs and I ended up paying an unfair amount.

β β β β β Dishonest and disgusting business practice, just found out they charged my mother $300 for a simple oil change that took 30 minutes. Had to demand an invoice to have the charges explained and they came up with other charges totalling $105 with labour costs at $104 for a half hour job at best.

). Raymond & his brother Simon and the team of mechanics provide all mechanical & body work services for all makes, all years of vehicles. My 2001 Alero after 12- year of GM maintenance service, finally find the honest mechanics and necessary maintenance work that I can rely on.
Every not so often visit to Complete Auto, there're always high end vehicles, BMW, Mercedes, Acura, Lexus... in the shop for service.
Raymond is just my mechanics, but also provides honest advices to my vehicles.

β β β β β A great auto shop, been going for years - not sure about the 1star reviews below (esp. the ones with no comments - there are some nasty keyboard warriors out there). I've been taking my daughter's 2004 RSX for years as well as our 2008 Honda Accord and Raymond's shop does quality work at fair prices. Be warned, if you are looking for bargain basement prices - pls look elsewhere. Raymond charges fair prices but always does quality work AND explains everything first and getting your agreement before doing any work. I like that his shop can do everything - from body work, to engine\transmission and windshield. Keep up the good work Raymond!
