★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a taxi so service is nothing special. Sometimes you get a great driver or you get a driver that seems to hate life and comes across annoyed because you had called for a taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can was very clean. Driver was really nice. He made sure I had all my belongings (wallet, phone, etc). He thanked me for being early, he stayed very professional when I told him about my experience with another company, he helped with the luggages, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non judgemental, funny,kind and understanding Taxi Driver named Joe, made my ride to get covid test easy and not as stressful, talked with me for Abit he is awesome. Highly recommend. Came at the right time and took me to an appointment at the right time as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I didn’t take the taxi. I found myself caught up in the snow storm and vehicle was struggling to climb a hill. The taxi driver was behind me, and when I gave up and was about to turn around, he got out his vehicle and helped me get past the hilly portion.
I was able to get all my appointments done that day all due to this kind gesture. I am really appreciative of the stellar person you have driving for this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got me to where I was going quickly, however the driver did not wear a mask and the rates are extortionate. If they had just mugged me I'd feel better about it, because it was highway banditry anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m in town working for a few months and need a cab 6 days a week. Twice a day. I call a 5:30 am and request a cab for 6:20 am every morning. They will not just book me in by week or month. Must call every day. Now they consider 5:30 am , Pre booking for 6:20. So they won’t do that. The dispatcher said “ I’m not an astrologist, I can’t redo t if my cabs will be busy then. Call back when your ready to go” . Well I’m ready at 6:20. How much in advance can I call to get a cab at 6:20 but not be considered a Prebook?
Drivers are ok. Dispatch is completely ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not get a cap this early morning but later I found that the taxi driver was hardly making any to drop me off at short distance away from my home. I got a cap later time and I left 62% tip to the driver. He was very friendly and helpful. With the problem with inflation, (and gas prices going up crazily in BC), I can see that it can be very challenging to drive a taxi for living. When you desperately need a service and the service isn't available, then that's the time people realize that people who are like minimum wage workers or people works at the transportation or service sector are really important and they also deserve a respect.
