They have assisted me with housing lists, clothing for my child and myself, foodbank and they have an ID clinic. I am very grateful to have them to help me when I am on need and am hope to give back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the COVID-19 they have shut down the food bank and the clothing bank! They started handing out emergency bags instead! I have a problem with that as I prefer to choose my own food and my own clothing!! I have been there since!

I was there today and the lady on the window denied food help for my senior parents.
Ethien was so listening and wanting to help after listening and made a note for my case. My parents speak little English yet.
Today the lady on the window service was rude and lack soft people skills.
I think community service is about serving and caring but this lady is completely opposite.
Everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, no need to assume people want to abuse the system but they really reach out when in need.
